These guys from the Maxim Group are reaching out to all existing shareholders of APDN. Got a call myself from Andy Grossman, recommending that I invest in the S1 offer.
Need to read through the 150+ page prospectus that he has sent to me but he was making it out to be a good investment.
The S1 offering will open on the 26th of Nov. Not sure whether we will up list to either the Nasdaq or NYSE before that. Quite likely though.
Not sure where this is headed but certainly not happy with the way it is trading post the split. More of the same shit pre split.
