What people here don't understand is that if Canwealth can issue shares, then 60% of that valuation should flow through to ICBT. The $1 IPO price gives ICBT an absurdly high valuation. But even if the IPO goes for a smaller number of shares or the same number of shares at a lower price, the upside for ICBT is really, really massive.

Yes, we hear some back and forth about whether Canwealth is sitting on tons and tons of gold or nothing at all. Well, so long as Canwealth can attractive investors (for whatever the plan is), it doesn't matter whether Canwealth has gold or not. The value would be in the capital the IPO pulls in and in Garth's plans for that capital.

And if just one of Canwealth's claims pans out, then this will be a moonshot.

This is going to be one sweet ride!

YEA BABY. this needs to be disseminated. So considering this was two weeks ago, we might be looking at next week to the week after for FINRA approval? assuming it takes 3-4 weeks which I think is plenty of time.

YOU HAVE A EST. ON ANYTHING? What happens if a SHARE holder says no, or just doesn't respond? APPROX HOW MANY SHARE HOLDERS ARE THERE? I'm guessing some may not respond for a variety of reasons. If we're waiting for 100% return response, it's very likely some won't respond, if 100% is required, does a discussion like that have majority rule? Did you have a respond by date? This could take a few more months to sort out and be denied, and in the mean time all those so called claims have vanished. Most likely none of the paper information on the application is even realitive anymore. It was MALARKY then. Now it's just old MALARKY. HUH.
