I would not be too surprised if manageme were to meet with a Certified Adviser at the same time for a possible listing at First North.

Seriously, at this point if the dont list on FN within some reasonable timeframe (1 year top), then I dont know why they are even on market(s) :-)

HiYield, I suspect they have alread met with the Certified Advisor and that's one of the reasons they are presenting at the CA's conference. I believe the FN process has been going on for some time already. The reason the company did not PR this is (1) they never really cancelled their first FN process and (2) they are waiting for approval to officially announce this so they don't set the market up for another disappointment. Whether the appointment of a new CA from Penser constitutes a material event that should have been PR I do not know.
