SIPC should get back to .006 easily. It stayed above that forever. I have not found anything that caused it to drop as low as it did other than just bad market conditions. Thats why I was buying when it went under .002. With the new MJ phase it should go much higher. The .006 is just where it should get back to it should have stayed at.
