This has said re opened for months. The hearing on the 24th if there is not a final judgement from the court by then the case is dismissed

The case was re-opened on 21 Apr 2014. See the "Reinstatement Order" next to that date on the court case website under "Other Events and Hearings" pertaining to the case.

It isn't that difficult to figure that out!!!
