Yesterday was a great and long over-do day! We have been working very closely with the DOA over the last several months not only educating them on our brand and the new category, but also the HPP process itself. It has been great working with them and will pay long-term dividends as we bring new flavors and products to the market. Contrary to some people on the board, building a production facility, licensing said facility with the FDA, building a brand, creating a new category, teaching the DOA about a new technology (HPP) and getting permitted is not a 20 minute process. It reminds me of the idiom..."those who can do, those who can't teach".
