In order of events over the past 2 months. I may have missed a few small details.
One of the subsidiaries received approval for zoning to build a grow/test facility from the municipality where it resides. Now process of MMPR can proceed as there are no barriers from local government.
PhytaLab received certification in Washington state to begin testing.
Management/Executives are in a communications and trading blackout because of inside information that has occurred in the past 6 weeks. Trading of shares continues on the open market, but no company employees can participate until public disclosure. No one knows what it's about yet. The blackout period is at the longest 60 days, and the best estimate is that it's over sometime 2nd or 3rd week of November.
Two of the princepals at PhytaLab and a former executive of Abattis, currently with affiliations with Affinor are named in a lawsuit claiming damages, as they allegedly conspired to steal IP, and start their own company to compete with PhytaLab in Washington state. Abattis is seeking a temporarty restraining order to halt any further progress using the stolen IP, and competing unlawfully against PhytaLab. The top executive at PhytaLab is still in place and in charge, has hired replacements and is still in daily business of signing contracts and providing testing to customers. Best estimate is that the TRO hearing will take place tomorrow, with hope for injunction and then following the TRO to pursue a permanent injunction at a later trial - date to be determined.
