Even if a reverse merger takes place, I don't see anything good for the PPS in the short term. If the operating company takes over and puts new management into place we could see an upward bounce... however there are quite a few angry bag holders standing around waiting to dump. Personally, I'd prefer people not cut the nose off to spite the face...
We have a tough road ahead still, but if they're getting serious we'll likely get a pretty heavy PR campaign to go with the reorganization.
