$AMLM hasn't-filed-ANY-filings-AT-ALL since 2012!!! No 10q/10k filed-for-over 3-years-now!!! They filed a 5 day extension for their 10K/filing on Dec 29, 2011, and STILL HAVEN'T FILED !!!

Look at http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/AMLM/quote and see the STOP SIGN and WARNING that says:
