Nice idea. But, it would violate a handful of laws and federal regulations. Look to some of the more restrictive states that will have medical MJ (Illinois comes to mind) for solutions. Colorado and Washington are a little more difficult simply because of the recreational facet. Illinois will require a banking relationship and is working out the kinks for merchant processing. The issue isn't so much the processors, but that Visa, MC, Discover won't allow the purchase. Each bank generally sets criteria for their branded card, but this is a little different. If Illinois holds true to form, it will be a relative of a Governor, Mayor, etc, that holds the sole right to process MJ purchase. Another way around it is to sell everything through the gift shop, where Visa, MC is already accepted. Also a problem I think. OK to buy the bong, just not the bud I guess.
