My question is why would anyone want to be in this stock with all the other options? This is about as risky as it gets and is still way overvalued.
Even if they do get grandfathered they will not be able to grow enough mj in the existing 58,000 sf building to make any significant amount of money. With the selling of the 25% of revenue there is nothing left but maybe a meager profit.
There are a lot better plays in the mj sector. Time to take the lumps and move on.
