The money needed to manipulate this entire sector is peanuts to them and the rewards are huge. They also saw what new money brought with the dot-com bubble and can assure you that they don't want any of us in their country clubs. This is pure manipulation but the solution is simple... don't panic, accumulate, hold and go long with a block of shares of your favorite companies.
