yes, but what needs to be considered is the previous class of stock shares @ .001 (I believe) were cancelled. According to the Nevada Dept. of Business the new registration of shares is for 100mln common, and 10mln restricted - or something like that. So the question becomes of what happens to older shareholders with the new stock registration? Is there a r/s or an opt in to the new shares - we will have to wait and see what happens with the new company once it moves from shell to active business.
