Think about a bottling company and all the machines and products needed before u can even make a drink. Plastic molding for bottle. Drink mixes from a third party, and that's after the drink has passed fda approvals. Then all the equipment to produce the final product. So many factors and items needed before u have a finished product. And non of then are cheap. We are talking startup of millions of dollars unless they go small and build up
wouldn't they already have approval based on bottling the same formula under DeThrone, if not surely Allen Flavors has completed any pending approvals as step one.
I would be surprised if TBEV needs FDA approval to market a drink, unless they are making claims of some medicinal nature. Vitamins for instance do not come under the umbrella of FDA approvals. I think the only hurdle could be, and I mean only a chance, is certification from the US Dept. of Agriculture. Chances are their formulators and other industry suppliers are already certified. Allen is I am sure. Meaning Allen probably has the power to self-certify to his customers. It should be a matter of simply straight to market. Which is why the delay is troubling to me.
