Such crap. My theory is that with a large AS readily available, MJNA "assumed" that with the pro marijuana voting going on that there would be a ton of buyers early on. With that being said, they planned on dumping a ton of shares to make some quick cash. What they didn't plan on was that it actually triggered a blood bath of selling. I knew those F%(#@ers would pull this crap dilution with all of those shares. That's why I hate companies with 5+BILLION for an AS. It gets more predictable all the time... GL I'm out y'all$
