Since we are visualizing something positive I can imagine a timeline for a Peregrine partnership deal that has been hammered out along unknown data benchmarks. When the finalized material information is revealed to the partner on, say, a Friday afternoon, the partnership can be finalized by and PR'd on the following Thursday morning. In this manner the SEC guidelines regarding material information would be adhered to and landmark data could be presented from under the wing of a big pharma partner.
