I read it when he posted here. I also believe that situation have the ability to change - hence with the SOE deal not being closed, as you pointed out earlier, they required a higher exchange an audited financials. I believe Dan even stated that he felt they could secure financing without achieving those steps to they would not be a value until the JV closed.

They did a great job of reviewing the current market place requirements and made an adjustment to a plan.
