You must of had some fun reading the Nestle vs. GG suit? I have never seen fudge in 7-11's, but I live in the Midwest and not in New York. I do know, however, that product placement decisions are by the franchisee owners. GNGR could be in hundreds of stores without Corporate ever knowing about it IMO.
But better pictures with an actual address would solidify this issue.
