Time to leave JA out of the picture. It is what it is and there is not much we'll do about it. Again, he may simply need the cash as part of his settlement, we have no idea why at this point but I do know what it's like to have to sell some when I didn't want to.
If the interest in BICX is there, whatever he wants to sell will get bought up and happily so I'm sure. Think about this one, at some point in time someone or some entity may be willing to take whatever he's willing to part with. An optimistic thought for sure but it could happen.
