7B O/S isn't immovable, and if TGGI has accomplished anything significant from a revenue perspective the Bid should be around $0.0003. By comparison UN@T ran from no bid to $0.0012 in May and it had an O/S of 10B.
The last time I'd emailed with Chris Clarke his focus was on increasing shareholder value, so that would exclude the possibility of a R/S.
