Its the drillship availability,imo.....

another thought to consider with XOM/CVX,is if in fact there is a straddle, and block 2 is designated fast track...why should XOM/CVX (who are not obligated to fast track) Block 1, get caught up in a fast track situation, when they don't want to?

I would (if I were XOM/CVX)...just let the Chinese, tie up their rental equipment allocations on the straddle....and let them develop the field,if they are in such a contractual rush to do so....I'd watch them like a hawk, and pay my way...but the ball would be in their court.
