MELY is barely ceasing to exist at this point. They will probably issue more shares soon, you did read that 10k right? It's Regulations that killed the other company and the price of Bitcoin has gone down. It's called no Return On Investment, so they pulled the plug. MELY doesn't even have 100 servers running, they may start selling server assets to cover financials.
