Based on my experience this new change means: some good news will kick in very soon since the OS is still low (less than 2B shares) compared to the AS and not maxed out yet! Without any good news they couldn't sell the new shares to clear out the remaining debts which will make the new change useless... Easy 5-bagger quick rally with any good news from the new CEO and President! A OTCCI peer just did 5-bagger quick rally (from 0.0001 to 0.0005) last month after the AS was increased to 4B shares and some good news popped up...
