I agree Danos has little control over inherited debt, or that they must give convertable notes or dilute in other ways to pay off this debt, which a huge amount is owed to Todd V STILL and IMO Todd will do anything possible to get that money from Danos and this company. But do not let him totally fool you either, since he has been in charge, he has aquired his own set of debts and has basically no revs to offset that. All in first and 2nd quarter filings, and soon you will see it in 3rd quarter filings as well.
