biopharm provided the links several posts later and i didn't only get their when I could not request post deletion anymore.

Thanks- About the Broker Non Votes, because all I wanted to point out was that it was highly unlikely that someone was holding those "Broker Non-Vote Shares" in some hidden account so that they could purchase PPHM on the down low. I know that someone alluded that those 97 Million Shares could be for that purpose..

Here are 3 other companies including PPHM which had the same voting sequences with the Broker Non-Votes- My opinion is that there must be a standard for Broker Non-Votes and how they vote "AUTOMATICALLY":

The Voting Numbers are kind of interesting for the BOD when compared to the other companies.
