ummmmmm.... how many successful business people had failures before massive success? Can anyone say 'Donald Trump'? If you look at most successful entrepreneurs you will find they all had their share. The fact is that Mine has real product that people are liking. How many pennies can you say that about. My bet is with Mine, and time will tell.
as far as dilution there is good dilution and bad. I rather raise money to grow the business with a later share buy back then get further in debt imo.
