I happen to believe the SEC complaint and have never seen shares "backed out" in any similar case. Wishful thinking at best.

NOPE ... Legal Shares sold at Deep Discount and money spent by Gene on his personal expenses.

Now Gene is broke and sitting in a hospice. RCCH Scam is dead.
