You know you reminded me of a post I saw on Reddit that going to try and find when I get a moment. It was some dude talking about working on those Monkey lights or he helped develop them , he was some kind of key player and said he tried to patent them in Asia but someone had beat him to it. Also I thought it said something about the lights as a distraction.

I will have to try and dig that up.
