Of the ones I've seen, a RS comes with the package. But regardless, the claimed RM is merely an unsubstantiated rumor at this point.

One thing that we all need to focus upon, Falso can issue himself and his various friends, family, and nominees as many shares as he desires within those authorized. When those shares are gone, he increases the AS and/or reverse splits ATYG, leaving the AS as is (not split). In either case, in a p&d situation, Falso doesn't care what the pps is, he only cares about volume to dump into. He can always issue more shares.

Two additional items - Falso always gags the TA & ATYG is incorporated in Delaware.

ROFLMAO, A reverse split tightens up the share structure, bones existing shareholders, perches the share price at an elevated level which provides room for a price drop once the flooding of new shares into the market takes place. Throw in a few say little press releases and pay for promotion services to bring in some fresh meat and well....
