My guess is the company has some a munition in store and will not allow that to happen.

The share price is probably going to be very volatile until the pricing of the secondary is made public. In the meantime there are probably not too many hands trading the stock which makes buying and selling during this period in any volume only suitable for the intrepid imo. lol

That is also my biggest worry. If we are pulled down below $4 then everything goes for a toss.

No uplisting, shares down to 1/60th of our original holding and price continues to fall because of the lousy OTC neighborhood.

Hope that is not the case. Sad to see it drop from a high of $7 today.
