The fact that Jorge went right along with LOOTER and the PR stating CLEARLY "we acquired Kolbe" twice even though he knew it was BS from the get go speaks VOLUMES. Well....NOW they've bought them for the THIRD time,or did they merge?? Who cares,it's all NONSENSE.
That PR did NOT state that it was a deal happening next week,in the next month or some time in the future it was a DONE DEAL. Jorge went right along with it letting the GULLIBLE buy all the shares of that FRAUD they could afford letting them think that Fast Eddie was really going to build a business this time around. Nope just PUMP and DUMP LYING BS and then it happened AGAIN months later with Jorge playing the same role.
