My guess, GRPR is fully funded. Adequate funding is in place. Delay is governmental/interested parties' approvals. This is a paperwork delay.

In the past, prior to the 1960s, drilling and all could be implemented in a flash. No more. Just about every governmental entity has their hand in the pocket. Their jobs depend on it. Environmental issues, need I say more? Standards! Unions! The list is long when attempting to comply. 3-5 years normal. Time stretch means job assurance, power....money...favoritism.

I get the impression that GRPR is ideally located and will survive the onslaught of 'givemeeeee'.... who will actually own them when the money starts rolling in is anyone's guess. But drilling on the site they lease will happen.

It must be extremely hard for any business to start these days. "Cost of doing business", upfront cash and an extreme amount of slow-paced time consuming compliance requirements is not conducive to efficiency and cost reductions.

Patience is a must here but I do believe that the profit prospects are real and, if not circumvented, will result in many of the early investors being rewarded for their faith.
