The levels of diversly varying optimism and dissapointment on this board all last year was the result.

Do you think the same scene will play out this year?
Theres a lot to go into and onto the thing even after you have it built.

I do not quite understand why a scale model hasnt been built and put up there. At least its not so much money lost if it doesnt/wont come down again !
