Google, reverse mergers - and do your research. There is tons of information on reverse mergers, famous aka block buster reverse mergers. Review the companies involved and compare to Telogis. The best way to learn is by researching and seeing for oneself after which we can debate the facts. You will be surprised !

Facts are not merely making statements SAYING they're facts. I asked for an example and none is forthcoming. I, on the other hand can't give you an example since my contention is there are none.

So, again, what other company comparable to Telogis has ever R/M'ed into a PINKSHEET company and then uplisted to an actual exchange such as NASDAQ or NYSE?
