Okay my friend. I will defer to you and back off for a while. I will hold my "fire" and wait for another couple weeks. In the mean time, I am going to work on the first draft of my SEC complaint. The form itself is several pages long and takes some time to complete with all the requisite documentation. I have gone back to last year to pull documents from BBRD to validate the SEC complaint.
