That 400 mill is sold from lowering the notes. and they have a buy back program.

You don't get it do you? It's a theory, a personal opinion.

This october we have buy and sell in a large volume that no one is getting the 2s. so as a theory, since they PR's about buying back, they might be the entity who is getting the 2s, like I said a theory.

With this kind of theory they can retire the purchased stocks w/o RS and getting rid of notes at a discount.

The key is october is not included on Q3, and so we all don't know.
