Yep,... exactly why nobody should read too much into either Pre- or Post-market trade shareprices.

Looked like we were attempting to push back over $3.90/share again a few minutes ago.

Market has now officially absorbed the new information in that Shelf description,.... and has decided it is not an immediate concern to the health & wellbeing of NNVC as it moves forward in the short-term.
