it wouldn't surprise me if it's more dilution - Wayne has alot on the go and all this requires money for investment bankers, lawyers, acquistion costs, set-up costs for inventory, etc. As long as he's using the money for these things, it "should" all work out once we start getting some news, which I believe is still a week or so away - JMHO
