“Drinkable Air is on fire right now. We are experiencing a tremendous upsurge in
sales and market awareness. The past three months (i.e. July, August and
September) have all resulted in significant month-over-month sales growth for the
Chameleon 8 – which has historically been our primary product offering. We also
received our first two purchase orders for our Chameleon AC products (i.e.
scaleable air conditioning products that produce cool air and purify the water
generated by the air conditioner, therefore making it drinkable). We have also
witnessed increased demand and received additional purchase orders for our
commercial atmospheric water generators (“AWGs”). Our top line growth has
been tremendous this year. We have developed numerous pending large-scale
projects with several strategic partners. We are working with World Vision, a
world-renowned humanitarian aid and development advocacy group, on a $3.4
million project to deliver approximately 300 Chameleon 60 machines to a village in
Raki, Uguanda. Portpool Investments Limited has engaged us to supply Chameleon
products that will provide drinking water for approximately 8,000 sustainable
homes in the Caribbean and South American regions. We are working with Swades
Group on a solar powered application of our Chameleon 60 machines that will
deliver drinking water to approximately 150 school children in Masadi, India.
Lastly, we are currently in talks with an investment bank and are considering our
options with regard to supporting the continued growth and appropriate
capitalization of Drinkable Air. These options include a possible going public
transaction. We hope to meet all of Drinkable Air’s capitalization needs within the
next three months.”
