Well according to AAPT they are suing him for this and the trial is I think in the Summer of next year. Could be the truth we'll see but I'm curious how much of shareholder money went to B&L now that they are desperate for financing and couldn't produce anything last quarter. They did reinvest money for the grid note and I have been told that they aim to make it right with lessons learned.
