Investors Purchased 340 million shares of LEXGin the month of October, all at higher prices. Its surely heading for Higher PPS in November-December. No new shares have been released, and there is no Guarantee that any of them ever will be.
From the last release, AS and an RS were Authorized, But CEO said, certainly not in 2014 will either happen
