Nanosys, as far as know, doesn't have heavy metal free, which seems to be the display sector push.

Nanosys is on the beaker end of production, Yes they can make product however the Mass Production Flowid Reactor R2R which QMC has IP for is well ahead of Nanosys (which is a private company). The beauty of QMC's reactor's they can be installed upon sites for immediate application.

Anyone else with further info is encouraged to reply..

A little math:

Nanosys:
12,000 kg/yr
Makes 100,000,000 10" tablets.
10" tablet is about 75 sq inches.
That makes the capacity cover 7.5 billion sq inches.

Quantum Materials Corp:
Will be at 4000 kg/yr mid year 2015.
65" TV uses .7 grams per article in 2013 for Sony TV.
.7 grams per TV yields 5.7 mil TVs.
65" TV is about 1800 sq inches.
That makes the capacity cover 102 billion sq inches.

What I've read is that 1 gram of QMC's concentrate is extremely more concentrated. It isn't apples for apples with Nanosys. Someone with more knowledge of solution concentrations, please correct me.

This has been coveted many times ..it is concentrate... I have posted comments directly from Nanosys on this point.Capex.. remember that word...Nanosys has a 60000 sq ft building with multiple "batch" lines...think of the cost to produce...You have seen the video of Steve and David in a small area using the flow reactor capable of 250+KGS per year...Capex

I'll repost again the comments from Nsnosys later
