Sooum is 20 months old and has ZERO verifiable business activity that I can find (unless you count running a website).

SWRF is a dead, burned out shell ( incorporated in 1959) currently still operated by faith-healing evangelist Clark Ortiz. Despite all his grandiose claims (check the PR's..they're a riot) Ortiz drove SWRF church bus into the "trips ditch." With nowhere to go and his reputation shot, pulling a reverse merger with a bunch of unknowns is about the only option he had left. All a penny stock really needs is a semi-believable fairy tale to get people worked up. Imo investing in unicorns and rainbows makes as much sense.
