You left out the part of the PR proclaiming:

Trio anticipates that the mill, which can process 100 tons a day at full capacity, will be operational by the end of 2013.



Nothing happened.

How about this one from the Noble smelter PR:

The Company anticipates it will produce $40 million of precious metals over the two year contract.



One year later...Nothing happened. No announced shipments.

There's still the happening of Dec 2014 to look forward to. Another 10K showing most likely no revenues, and more debt. The Canadian gravel business can be rough.
