Agreed, not even worth the gamble. However, there are always people in the world looking for the big score so I assume some poor investor will buy this scam and lose money to James and his team of cronies...of course James and his three stooges will blame the share price on something completely absurd. Glad I got out when I did.

I hate to think that a RS is coming, but I agree with you, it looks to be so. Albion betrayed shareholders by shifting ATYG over to Falso. Falso has controlled numerous companies, some shuttered by the SEC, none building equity for shareholders. Look at the list of ASKE common shares he's distributed to every family member, friend, nominee CEO, LLC, and hanger-on. Most interesting is Sonny Boyd Williams - that LLC has been issued over 1/2 Billion ASKE shares. Sonny Boyd Williams has a Mr. ZOYES as the managing member, Falso's partner also has the last name ZOYES.

It's shameful, Falso uses these companies as his own personal ATM. Sadly, a P&D prior to a RS is the best shareholders can wish for.
