I was educated in Scotland & elsewhere in the UK, anything above
70% was an "A" there, both in college and politics, by my grading they got a B++.

But as I suspect this is mainly an American Board I'll defer to your interpretation.

Gamood, didn't notice the minus, but your right been away from secular education long time.Most of it carp. Self taught and doing very very well. Gonna retire this year under 45.

In politics a 68% approval rating is something to be proud of. I guess it's all in how you look at it.

Since this wasn't a written or oral exam in school but a popularity contest, I'll choose to look at it like politicians do an overwhelming mandate.
