whyb do you think an R/S is a bad thing? why would Frank do a buy back when he can r/s? as long as the assets maker r/s the shares and even deal its no problem......
Frank himself said that the R/S would be determined by the underwriters when they had decided to uplist. If you have an issue with that you will need to take it up with Frank.
