a better idea,
take all the ppl that dont want to be isolated for 21 days (putting others at risk) and put them all together in tight quarters just for 24 hrs.
i think this will let them know how everybody feels. they may think they aren't a threat to others around them but how do they feel about the ppl around them who also feel that way who are at risk too
