Because NTEK is a form 15 penny stock scam. Founder an admitted felon. Brother placed as figure-head in CEO position once original founder and CEO admitted to several felonies. Brother who is now the CEO has no tech. experience only a former ice sculptor with no college prior to getting the top position at NTEK. Many family member have received millions of shares for 'consultant' work. NTEK promised to buy back shares this year at the SHM yet only printed tens of millions. Also promised audited financials and Mr. Stone in an open letter to shareholders promised audited financials only to have unaudited ones released two weeks later. Thousands were supposed to have the NP-1 in January and David Foley stated that 15000 were already shipped that month as well. Then promised to be shipped in 7 to 10 days several months later then on day ten stated they needed further updates from Google. So what about the thousands before that update and the 60,000 supposedly already out? Where are the legit reviews? None. Just promises that never come. Statements here that they're making millions but no proof but empty words. A supposed leader in the industry yet stock sell for 5 cents down in the pinks. We still after months of asking haven't even gotten a list of 5 4K films that UF has that the general public would be eager to pay for. Nope only coming soon, you'll see big things ahead but then again this is the same statements made at this time last year and still 5 cents. Always on these boards in penny land you going to have people say how close they live to the company and how they met with the officers and facilities etc. and how wonderful they are and you should buy, buy, buy. Don't be fooled in penny land especially unaudited form 15 companies - they're always scams. What more the BS that it will uplist soon is impossible. There has never been a form 15 penny stock that was allowed to uplist ever, period. Don't believe the garbage here they just want your money.
