Allow me to educate you as if you did your DD you would see that they filed a notice of late filing. Ha ha and its not for the reasons you mentioned.

Also they already provided a preliminary report stating they are moving forward on completing the documentation and closing our first two acquisitions which will see M Line's revenues increase by over $16 million to the $30 million dollar range annually, with an EBITDA of over $5 million. We continue to concentrate on our short and long term strategy to build revenues and EBITDA and improve shareholder value.
